1. Processing of Personal Data
Provided by the Seller to the Client,
and the Purpose of Personal Data Processing

1.1 Processing and Purpose of Processing

EVENTIM SI d.o.o., a company for the production and sale of electronic tickets, located at Celovška cesta 25, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the “Seller”), sells physical and electronic tickets (hereinafter: the “Ticket”) on behalf of and for the account of LJUBLJANA FESTIVAL, Trg francoske revolucije 1, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the “Client”).

By accepting these general terms and conditions, you expressly agree that the Seller may transfer your personal data, which are collected during the purchase of Tickets through the Seller’s online store, to the Client. The Seller collects users’ personal data during the user’s registration in the Seller’s online store and when purchasing tickets for the Client.
We expressly inform you that the Seller has its own general terms and conditions for the purchase of Tickets via the Seller’s online store (available at: [http://www.eventim.si/si/varnost\_zasebnost/](http://www.eventim.si/si/varnost_zasebnost/)). We advise you to read them carefully and thoroughly.
If you wish to purchase the Client’s Tickets via the Seller’s website, you must register as a user with a username and password. Personal data is also collected when ordering the Client’s tickets via telephone sales, which is part of the online store and carried out at your request.
The personal data collected by the Seller may include your first and last name, address, contact information, date of birth, and gender. In the case of legal entities, the Seller may also collect the company or organization name along with related data (address, tax number, responsible person), email address, and telephone contact.

By accepting these general terms and conditions, you also expressly agree that the Client may process the personal data provided to them by the Seller, as defined in these general terms and conditions. Such obtained personal data is used for the provision of services or the execution of transactions that you have requested or consented to. Additionally, by accepting these general terms and conditions, you expressly agree that your personal data may be used by the Client in order to ensure (1) better and more efficient customer service, (2) the offer of its services, (3) effective monitoring of trends in the development of information technology, (4) improvement and enhancement of the user experience when using the website www.ljubljanafestival.si, and (5) to inform you about updates and other notifications. The Client will also use data about visits to the website www.ljubljanafestival.si for the calculation of statistics.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07, we inform you that your personal data is managed by LJUBLJANA FESTIVAL, Trg francoske revolucije 1, 1000 Ljubljana.

Pursuant to Article 72 of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07, by accepting these general terms and conditions, you expressly agree that the data controller may use your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.

1.2 Limitation of Liability

We expressly inform you that the Client and the Seller are two entirely separate legal entities, and therefore the Client shall in no case be held liable for the legality of the collection of the aforementioned personal data by the Seller, nor for their accuracy, misuse, or up-to-dateness.

2. Ljubljana
Festival

2.1 General

By accepting the Client’s cookie policy when visiting the Client’s website ([www.ljubljanafestival.si](http://www.ljubljanafestival.si)), in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07, you expressly consent to the collection of data about your visit, such as the name of your internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the internet, the date and time of access to the website, the pages you visit while on the website, and the internet address of the website from which you directly accessed the website.

2.2 Purpose and Controller of Personal Data Collected During Visits to the Client’s Website

The personal data collected by the Client during visits to its website are collected for the purpose of improving the user experience of the Client’s website, analyzing trends, and administration.

This personal data is managed by LJUBLJANA FESTIVAL, Trg francoske revolucije 1, 1000 Ljubljana.

2.3 Subscription to the Client’s Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, the Client uses technology that notifies when you click on a link included in the email. By accepting these terms and conditions, you expressly agree that this information may be combined by the Client with your personal data in order to provide you with more tailored emails or information.
Each email contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe from receiving such emails. You can do so by clicking the “unsubscribe” link.

2.3 Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Client will not disclose personal data, whether obtained from the Seller or collected during your visit to the Client's website, to third parties without your permission. The Client protects personal data and uses various technologies and procedures to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

We expressly inform you that your personal data may be disclosed to authorities or other entities if they have an appropriate legal basis for doing so, especially for the purposes of judicial, administrative or similar proceedings. In such cases, you will be informed about the disclosure of your personal data. However, you should be aware that in certain cases provided by law, such notification is not permitted due to the interest of the ongoing procedure in which the personal data is disclosed. In such cases, we are unfortunately not allowed to inform you about the disclosure.

3. General

In the event of a business change at the Seller, especially a change of business address, change in the Seller’s legal status, change in majority ownership, or similar, you will be informed. You will be notified of any change in ownership of your personal data no later than 30 days after the change.

In the event of a change to our personal data policy, you will be informed as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 7 days after the change.

Please note that although we invest considerable effort and significant resources into the security of your personal data, no online transmission of personal data is one hundred percent secure against misuse, theft, or other irregularities related to data transfer.
