The Pulse of SlovenianMusical Creativity
The Slovenian Music Days is an event that has earned the title of the festival of Slovenian music. For 39 years it has brought together Slovenia’s modern musical creativity and performance and has built upon the foundations of the country’s musical heritage. There are always ample opportunities for Slovenian musicians to gain recognition for new works, and this sense of opportunity is fuelled by the international musicological symposium headed with great care by Prof. Dr. Jernej Weiss. The musicological symposium expands horizons through papers presented by internationally acclaimed musicologists from the leading European universities.
