Vid Verdinek began his music education at the Melodija Muta Private Music School in the class of Vojko Trnjek. In 2016 he won third prize at the Varaždin Woodwind & Brass Competition and soon after received the title of laureate in Požarevac for achieving the maximum score. In 2018 he performed at the World Saxophone Congress in Zagreb with the SOS - Slovene Youth Orchestra, which presented works by Gerald Preinfalk and Gordan Tudor. In 2020 he continued his training at the Ljubljana Conservatory of Music and Ballet with Lev Pupis, earning several awards at competitions in Paris, Graz, Ljubljana and Brixen (Online Saxiana International Competition, Oberton, EMONA - International Competition for Young Wind Players, AlpenClassica International Saxophone Competition). As a member of the Novus Quartet, he performed in Slovenia, Italy, and Croatia between 2022 and 2024, winning first prize in Treviso and a gold plaque at the TEMSIG competition. Since 2024 he has been studying at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna (MUK) with Michael Krenn, under whose mentorship he won first prize at the TEMSIG competition in 2025. He has attended masterclasses with Arno Bornkamp, Vincent David, Nikita Zimin and Marcus Weiss, and is also active as a soloist and chamber musician.

Tadej Pance began studying saxophone at the Conservatory of Music and Ballet Ljubljana with Jovanka Joka and Lev Pupis. He is the recipient of several prizes at national and international competitions, including TEMSIG competition (2015, 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2022), EMONA - International Competition for Young Wind Players (2018), Svirél (2017), Varaždin Woodwind & Brass Competition (2020) and AlpenClassica International Saxophone Competition (2023). In 2019 he was awarded a scholarship from the City of Ljubljana, followed a year later by a scholarship from the Slovenian Ministry of Culture for studies abroad, and was a finalist in the national selection for the Eurovision Young Musicians competition. From 2020 onward he studied at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna (MUK) with Michael Krenn, graduating with distinction in 2024.As a soloist, he performed at the Vienna Musikverein, where he gave his debut recital in 2022 with the Japanese pianist Noriko Shibata, returning the following year for a second recital. He is currently continuing his education in the master’s programme at the Zurich University of the Arts with Lars Mlekusch. He has refined his skills in masterclasses with Jean-Denis Michat, Claude Delangle, Kenneth Tse, Vincent David, Philippe Geiss, Nikita Zimin and others.

The Ukrainian pianist Irèn Seleljo was born in Uzhhorod and studied at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest and at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna (MUK) with Denes Benda. She received further training at Bard College, a private institution in the United States, with Jeremy Denk. She is an established chamber musician and a member of the ensembles Duonarchie and Seleljo Duo, with which she performs at festivals across Europe and Latin America. Since 2013 she has been teaching at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz and at MUK in Vienna.
