He is familiar to audiences all around the world from his supporting roles in major Hollywood movies such as Eyes Wide Shut and instalments of the Mission: Impossible 2, Harry Potter and X-Men franchises. He is also famous for his poetry and, last but not least, for his diverse musical output. His performances are characterised by their relaxed atmosphere and his ability to connect with every audience. He draws on numerous sources of musical inspiration, from rock to folk, while his lyrics address a wide range of subjects including love, protest, happiness and sorrow. He performs with his group Zapadni Kolodvor, consisting of Antun Stašić, Mario Igrec, Ranko Purić, Marjan Krajna, Dario Hleb and Borna Sercar. He returns to the summer festival stage this year following his triumphant and moving performance at last year’s Ljubljana Festival. He chose the title My Hat Has Three Holes in memory of the wonderful youthful days he spent in Maribor and Ptuj making the film Red Wheat, which opens with his character singing a song with that title. He will be joined this year by guests Damir Urban, one of the most prominent and influential musicians on the Croatian rock scene, who launched a solo career with his group Urban & 4 after his group Laufer disbanded, and the Catalan singer-songwriter Henrio (Enric Verdaguer), who draws inspiration from his homeland and from the music of Nick Drake, Father John Misty, Blake Mills and others.
