Kiryl Bartashevich began studying piano at the age of seven. In 2012, he entered the Republican Gymnasium-College at the Belarusian State Academy of Music, special piano department (headed by E. Akhremchik and I. Semenyako), which he graduated from in 2022. After that he began his studies at the Sibelius Academy (headed by K. Kozlovski and T. Hakkila), where he gave his bachelor's concert in April 2025. He is currently a first-year master's student at the Sibelius Academy. Kiryl made his orchestral debut at the age of 12, performing the first movement of Edvard Grieg's Piano Concerto in A minor with the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus. He is an active concert performer, having performed in Belarus, Russia, France, Ukraine, Finland and Spain. In December 2019, the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in France hosted a presentation of Kiryl's solo album with music by Sergei Prokofiev, Claude Debussy and Georgy Sosnovsky. He has taken part in major musical events such as , the XXIV Santander Music and Academy Encounter and the PianoEspoo Festival. Kiryl is a laureate of numerous national and international competitions in Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine and Finland.
