*Discounts do not apply to co-production events. The presale runs until a specified date or one month from the start of ticket sales. Club members are informed about the start of the presale for individual events via email and on the website alongside the event.

• members of the Ljubljana Festival Club are entitled to a 20% discount on presale tickets for all events, unless it is explicitly stated that discounts do not apply to a particular event
• members of the Ljubljana Festival Club are entitled to a 10% discount on regular tickets for all events, unless it is explicitly stated that discounts do not apply to a particular event; discounts are not cumulative and are not valid on the day of the event
• the loyalty of our Ljubljana Festival Club members is rewarded with further special benefits such as invitations to exclusive events, free programmes, etc.
• Ljubljana Festival Club members will be notified of their benefits by email
• Club members are required to check whether a specific show may have been cancelled due to an extraordinary event; they can do this by calling the Ljubljana Festival or following the information at ljubljanafestival.si; in exceptional cases, the Ljubljana Festival may also notify its Club members of any last-minute cancellations by phone
• membership of the Ljubljana Festival Club is non-transferrable
• membership of the Ljubljana Festival Club is valid until written termination and for as long as the Club member so desires; if a member withdraws their consent to have their personal data processed for the purposes of receiving membership benefits, this is also considered a written termination of membership
• the Ljubljana Festival agrees to protect the personal data obtained in accordance with the applicable law governing the protection of personal data and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679); by signing the registration form, the Ljubljana Festival Club member allows the Ljubljana Festival to use the information provided for direct marketing (sending information on new events and special offers) via email, SMS, MMS and push notifications
• the Ljubljana Festival reserves the right to change these Ljubljana Festival Club General Terms and Conditions at any time; all changes are posted publicly at ljubljanafestival.si, so make sure you keep up with them; the currently valid version is posted on the website, with the date provided
• You can fill out the registration form at ljubljanafestival.si, where you can also find the Ljubljana Festival Club General Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms and Conditions of Use, and the Privacy Policywhen purchasing tickets to Ljubljana Festival events, Club members must present their club card or another form of ID to confirm their membership. Discounts may not be redeemed retroactively
