PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATE VII/1 IN THE INFORMATION OFFICE
We are looking for a precise, responsible, and professionally qualified individual to perform more demanding tasks in the information office, which include informing visitors about the program of events, providing general information, and maintaining all related records concerning the sale of tickets, gift vouchers, and gift cards. The work involves preparing data for analyses, reports, and annual summaries, keeping records of memberships, event accounts, and monthly cash lists, independently drafting professional materials, and carrying out administrative tasks and correspondence. The selected candidate will participate in planning, organizing, and implementing the work of the internal organizational unit, actively contribute to the institution’s projects, ensure the proper maintenance of the archive within their field of work, and, at the director’s request, perform other tasks in accordance with legislation, general acts, and professional qualifications.
